- Since many of these areas offer shelter, free of cost, for people willing to evacuate, I am not sure where the money issue comes into play.

- I live in an area that gets their fair share of hurricanes. I understand what it is like to have to leave your home even though you do not want to. I understand what it is like trying to access the damage after a hurricane.
